Prequalification of Firms and Workshops for Procurement of Auto/Spare Parts and Repair/Maintenance Work for Official Vehicles of M-5 Sector-II Guddu

The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) M-5 Sector-II Guddu invites sealed bids from eligible firms and workshops for prequalification to supply auto and spare parts and to provide repair and maintenance services for official vehicles of M-5 Sector-II Guddu. This prequalification is for an Open Framework Agreement covering a period of three consecutive financial years: 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. The procurement is aimed at ensuring continuous availability of quality spare parts and workshop services including wheel alignment, balancing, AC service, denting, painting, electrical and mechanical repairs, and engine work for the official fleet operating in the zone from Rahim Yar Khan to Sukkur. Items being procured: - Tyres (Japanese/Thailand/Pakistan origin) - Batteries - Filters for Toyota, Isuzu, Honda, and official fleet vehicles - Brake disc pads, shoes, drums, and rotors - Wheel hubs, brake boosters, wiring accessories - Headlight tubes and related items - Spark plugs, ignition coils, ball bearings - Drive belts, fan belts, timing belts and chains - Engine parts and foundations - Gear foundations, radiators, fan motors, fan shrouds - AC compressors, condensers, evaporators, fan blowers - Sensors, self-starter assemblies, tyre nozzles - Suspension parts, Z-links, ball joints, bushes, shock absorbers - Steering assemblies, door machines, locks, handles, mirrors, glasses, control panels, lights, accessories - Multimedia, cameras, speakers, front and rear screens - Seats, seat cushions, seat machines - Wipers, stickers, articles, hooters, PAS, consoles - Carpets, rubber mats, sun-visors, monograms - Fenders, bonnets, boots, dashboards and accessories - Meter assemblies, show grills, roof and accessories - Engine fuel lines and tanks, fuel line safety locks - Engine pistons, piston rings, valves, cranks - Head gaskets, join kits, main and begun, engine seals - All types of spare parts, engine parts, lathe work, engine work - All types of AC work, suspension/body work, suspension work - All types of mechanical work, computer scanner related work The scope includes supply of parts and comprehensive workshop services for official vehicles of the M-5 Sector-II zone. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and have their own workshops, stock, manpower, and expertise. Firms must have a minimum of one year experience in similar services and maintain their own supply of spare parts. EPADS registration is mandatory. Prequalification documents are available free of cost at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, M-5 Sector-II, near Guddu Interchange, Kashmor-Sadiqabad Road, Guddu, and can also be downloaded from www.nhmp.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, National Highways and Motorway Police, M-5 Sector-II, near Guddu Interchange, Kashmore Road, Tehsil Ubaro, District Ghotki by 11:00 AM on August 25, 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Only EPADS registered firms are eligible to participate. The NHMP reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
