Prequalification for Hiring Various Services for National and Religious Events by Metropolitan Corporation Lahore

The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites eligible applicants to apply for prequalification for hiring various services related to National and Religious Events, Public Meetings, arrival of Local and Foreign Delegations, Cricket Teams, and Government Meetings. The prequalification and subsequent bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system (e-P). The prequalification will be valid initially for one year and may be extended up to two more years subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the competent authority. Items being procured: - Provision & Installation of Temporary lights and Generators - Arrangements / Services of Furniture / Tentage, Canopies, Waiter Services, Installation of Marquee, Arrangements of Air Conditioning System - Preparation, printing and installation of digital portraits, flex banners, streamers, Pakistani and foreign flags, and other publicity material - Arrangements for Supply of Refreshment Packages, Lunch Boxes, Dinner, Hi-Tea and Refreshment - Provision of office Stationery and general-purpose items - Provision of IT equipment The scope includes supply, installation, and service arrangements at various event sites in Lahore. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria as per the prequalification document, including relevant experience and registrations such as FBR/ATL. The prequalification document (PQD) is available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement websites. PQ proposals must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System by 26.09.2026 at 10:30 AM. The opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Submission responsibility lies entirely with the applicant. Response time is calculated from the publication date on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the authority's website.
