Prequalification/Walk-In Registration as LPDD Vendors for Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for 2026-27

Services Hospital Lahore invites tenders/bids through Punjab e-Procurement System for the year 2026-27 from firms having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Items being procured: - Prequalification/Walk-In Registration as LPDD Vendors for Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for the Year 2026-27 (Day to Day Basis) The procurement shall be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procuring Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Bids are invited from well-reputed Retail Pharmacies having Drugs Sale License issued on Form 9, located within 10 Km radius of the hospital as per Policy/Directions of Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department Government of Punjab. The supply is for Medicines and Surgical Disposables on a day-to-day basis for the year 2026-27. Bidders must register on Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. Bid security shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. The procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). In case the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be the last date for submission and opening. All taxes apply as per Government of Punjab rules. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents free of cost from Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. The URL of PPRA website is https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response time is calculated from the date of publication on PPRA website. The submission deadline is 22nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
