Prequalification For Repair of Furniture & Fixture

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) invites national applicants for prequalification under an Open Framework Agreement for the repair of furniture and fixtures in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair of Furniture & Fixture (1 job) The scope includes repair, maintenance, and replacement of office furniture and fixtures, covering wooden work, upholstery, polishing, hardware, and glass work. Skilled labour, tools, and materials are required to ensure quality and timely service at the specified location: Plot No. 24, Mauve Area, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. Applicants must be registered with FBR for NTN and GST, provide a no-blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper, and submit a call deposit receipt of PKR 20,000 as bid security. Firms should have at least one year of relevant experience, with marks awarded up to five years, and demonstrate financial soundness through income tax returns and bank statements. Technical expertise and availability of parts in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are mandatory. Warranty for replaced parts with free replacement during the warranty period is required. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 04:00 PM on Monday, October 5, 2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted.
