Procurement of Furniture and Management/Operation of Canteens and Shops at Kohat University of Science and Technology

Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST), Kohat invites sealed bids on single-stage, single-envelope method for procurement through E-PADS from eligible duly registered with Income Tax/Sales tax/FBR departments and financially sound General Order Suppliers for Supply of Furniture and from experienced contractors/firms/operators registered with the relevant authorities for Management & Operation of Canteens and Shops at the Main Campus KUST, Kohat for approximately 10,000 on-campus students, initially for a period of 02 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and mutually agreed terms & conditions. Items being procured: - Supply of Furniture - Management and Operation of Canteens and Shops Detailed specifications, terms & conditions may be obtained from the office of the Secretary University Purchase Committee (Procurement Cell) on payment of Rs.2000/- as a Tender Form Fee (non-refundable). Bid Security/Earnest Money as specified in the bidding documents should be uploaded on E-PADS and hard copy (in sealed) may reach to the office of Secretary UPC by October 13, 2026 at 11:00 am, which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the Senate hall of KUST. The University reserves the right to reject all/any bid(s) at any time and upon request, communicate to any supplier who submitted a bid, the grounds for its rejection of bid(s). Note: All detail specifications can also be downloaded from KUST Website: www.kust.edu.pk however, the cost of tender form will have to be paid either in HBL A.C No. 03430000100001 or in the shape of Bank draft/HBL Bank receipt(03430000100001). Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted as per tender documents.
