Prequalification of Applicants for Wheat Sale by Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation Limited

PASSCO invites applications for prequalification of financially and logistically sound individuals, firms, companies, AOPs, or JVs for the sale of wheat stock located at various PASSCO zones across Pakistan. Applicants must be active taxpayers with relevant experience in food grain handling, lifting, and transportation, and must submit applications in sealed envelopes by 05.01.2026 at 1400 hours. The prequalification process will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and will lead to a secondary sale process through competitive bidding among prequalified applicants. The prequalification document is available on PASSCO and PPRA websites and must be purchased for Rs. 5,000 from PASSCO Head Office Lahore. The scope includes handling approximately 500,000 metric tons of wheat across multiple zones, with detailed eligibility and documentation requirements specified in the prequalification document.
