Preservation, Restoration, Improvement, Management and Upgradation of Hiran Minar, Sheikhupura

The Directorate General of Archaeology Punjab invites bids for the preservation, restoration, improvement, management, and upgradation of the historic Hiran Minar site located in Sheikhupura. This project aims to promote eco-tourism, preserve biodiversity, and enhance visitor experience by improving recreational spaces. Items being procured: - Preservation/Restoration - Improvement - Management - Upgradation of Hiran Minar including Gate Way, Craft Bazaar, EV Parking, Viewing Deck, and Landscaping The technical scope covers comprehensive restoration and beautification works at the Hiran Minar complex, including structural repairs, landscaping, and visitor facility enhancements. The project duration is six months with an estimated cost of **PKR 212.11 Million**. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above and possess relevant experience in thematic beautification and development projects. Codes BC-02, BC-04, CE-01, CE-10, CE-11, EE-02, EE-04, EE-05, EE-09, and EE-11 are mandatory for eligibility. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules 2014. Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR at 5% of the estimated cost is required in favor of the Director General Archaeology. Bids must be submitted online via https://epp.punjab.gov.pk by **30th July 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. Original Bank Guarantee/CDR must be submitted physically to the Project Director at Hiran Minar Park Rd, Sheikhupura before the closing date.
