Preservation, Restoration, Improvement, Management and Upgradation of Hiran Minar, Sheikhupura

The Directorate General of Archaeology Government of the Punjab invites bids for the preservation, restoration, improvement, management and upgradation of the historic Hiran Minar located in Sheikhupura. This project aims to enhance eco-tourism, preserve biodiversity, and improve visitor experience by upgrading recreational spaces. Items being procured: - Preservation/Restoration - Improvement - Management - Upgradation of Hiran Minar including Gate Way, Craft Bazaar, EV Parking, Viewing Deck & Landscaping The scope of work includes comprehensive restoration and beautification efforts at the Hiran Minar site. This involves civil works for structural preservation, landscaping to enhance the environment, and installation of visitor amenities such as EV parking and viewing decks. The project is expected to be completed within 6 months, requiring firms with PEC category C-3 or above. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and have relevant experience in thematic beautification and development projects. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 212.11 million**. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR in favor of the Director General Archaeology. Bids must be submitted online through www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by **22nd July 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. Original Bank Guarantee/CDR must be submitted physically at the office of the Project Director at Hiran Minar Park Road, Sheikhupura before the closing date. Firms should ensure all pages of the bid documents are fully completed and rates quoted against each item. Incomplete bids or those lacking required documentation will be rejected. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules 2014.
