Preservation, Restoration, Improvement and Upgradation of Hiran Minar, Sheikhupura

The Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids through the E-Procurement Punjab portal for the preservation, restoration, improvement, management, and upgradation of the historic Hiran Minar site located in Sheikhupura. This project aims to enhance eco-tourism, preserve biodiversity, and improve visitor experience by upgrading recreational spaces including the Gateway, Craft Bazaar, Electric Vehicle Parking, Viewing Deck, and Landscaping. Items being procured: - Preservation/Restoration works - Improvement and Management services - Upgradation of Gateway - Craft Bazaar enhancement - Electric Vehicle Parking installation - Viewing Deck construction - Landscaping works The project has an estimated cost of **Rs. 212.11 Million** with a completion timeline of 12 months. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above and have relevant specialization and experience in thematic beautification and upgradation of development projects. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement Punjab portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by **28th August 2026 at 02:00 PM**. The technical bid opening will follow at 02:30 PM on the same day. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules 2014.
