National Bank of Pakistan is inviting bids from eligible suppliers and firms for the supply of printed material (printed stationery) for three major regions: Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This procurement is being managed by the LCMG Procurement Division of the National Bank of Pakistan, with the main office located in Karachi. The bidding process is conducted electronically through the E-PADS platform, ensuring transparency and efficiency for all participants. Items being procured: - Lot-1: Supply of Printed Material (Printed Stationery) for Karachi (PKR 2,500,000.00) - Lot-2: Supply of Printed Material (Printed Stationery) for Lahore (PKR 4,600,000.00) - Lot-3: Supply of Printed Material (Printed Stationery) for Islamabad (PKR 6,500,000.00) The scope of supply includes all types of printed stationery required by the bank for its operations in the respective cities. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The original bid security must be delivered to the NBP Head Office in Karachi before the online submission deadline, and a scanned copy must be uploaded on E-PADS.
