Tender Description
National Bank of Pakistan is inviting bids from eligible suppliers and firms for the supply of printed material (printed stationery) for three major regions: Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This procurement is being managed by the LCMG Procurement Division of the National Bank of Pakistan, with the main office located in Karachi. The bidding process is conducted electronically through the E-PADS platform, ensuring transparency and efficiency for all participants.
Items being procured:
- Lot-1: Supply of Printed Material (Printed Stationery) for Karachi (PKR 2,500,000.00)
- Lot-2: Supply of Printed Material (Printed Stationery) for Lahore (PKR 4,600,000.00)
- Lot-3: Supply of Printed Material (Printed Stationery) for Islamabad (PKR 6,500,000.00)
The scope of supply includes all types of printed stationery required by the bank for its operations in the respective cities. Detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available in the e-bidding documents, which can be accessed by registered bidders on the E-PADS portal. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security must be submitted lot-wise as a Pay Order, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, valid for 180 days. The original bid security must be delivered to the NBP Head Office in Karachi before the online submission deadline, and a scanned copy must be uploaded on E-PADS.
The deadline for electronic bid submission is **September 1st, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee at Committee Room#3, 2nd Floor, NBP Head Office, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Manual bids will not be accepted. For technical assistance with E-PADS, bidders may contact the PPRA Team at the provided Islamabad number. A practical tip: ensure your bid security instrument is submitted physically to the correct office before the deadline, as failure to do so will result in disqualification.
