Printing of BOP Stationery Items

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the printing of BOP stationery items. This procurement is specific to the Bank of Punjab located in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured include printing of various stationery items required by the Bank of Punjab. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 17-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Process. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids.
