Printing of BOP Stationery Items

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the printing of BOP stationery items. This procurement is conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Printing of BOP Stationery Items Bid documents are immediately available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website after publication. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17-09-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, payable via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid submission. This tender notice is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and BOP website (www.bop.com.pk).
