Printing of Departmental Magazines Monthly Izhar, Paigham, Sindh Manzar, Special Issues and Envelopes

The Government of Sindh Information Department Directorate of Publication Karachi invites reputed printers registered with Tax Authorities to submit sealed bids for the printing and supply of departmental magazines and special issues for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers composition, layout, designing, film making, title designing, binding, and supply of the following magazines and envelopes: Items being procured: - Monthly Izhar (Urdu) - Monthly Paigham (Sindhi) - Fortnightly Sindh Manzar (Combined in Sindhi & Urdu) - Special Issues (Combined in Sindhi & Urdu) on Sufi Saints, National Heroes, National Days and other special topics - Envelopes The technical scope includes offset printing processes for high-quality magazine production and special issues focusing on cultural and national themes. Bidders must be capable of handling design, film making, and binding services with adherence to quality standards. The work will be executed at the Directorate of Publication office located at Barrack No.95, Sindh Secretariat No.4-B, Court Road, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered printers with valid Tax Authority registration and must provide earnest money/bid security along with their technical and financial bids. Bid security of 3% and performance security of 5% of the bid price are mandatory, payable via pay order in favor of Director Information (Publication). Bidders should be experienced in similar government printing contracts and comply with all applicable tax regulations. The bidding documents and specifications can be obtained from the office from 07-07-2026 to 22-07-2026 upon payment of Rs.5,000 as non-refundable document fees. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA EPADS System and the original bid security in sealed envelope delivered by 23 July 2026 at 02:00 pm to the Director Information (Publication) office. The bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 pm in the presence of bidders' representatives.
