Printing of Exam Materials and Miscellaneous Items for Deputy Director Education Ghanche

The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Office of the Deputy Director Education Ghanche, invites sealed tenders for the printing of exam materials and miscellaneous items for the Financial Year 2026-27 ending on 30th June 2027. The procurement includes exam materials such as question/answer scripts, award lists, and other related items including packing and delivery charges. Items being procured: - Printing of exam materials question/answer scripts - Award list - Miscellaneous items including packing and delivery charges The printing and supply must be done from a printing press/shop/store/warehouse located in Ghanche or Baltistan. The Evaluation Committee will physically inspect the bidder's printing press/shop/store/warehouse to ensure the existence of adequate supplies and technical expertise. Partial bids will be rejected outright and conditional bids treated as non-responsive. Rates must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges/transportation. Eligibility requires the contractor/supplier to be a sole proprietor with a complete setup and must not be a sub-contractor. Bidders must submit a 2% call deposit (CDR) of the bid amount from any scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director Education Ghanche. Successful bidders must submit 10% performance security in the form of CDR or pay orders within 10 days after bid opening. An affidavit confirming the bidder is not blacklisted on legal stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- is also required. Bidding documents and agreement deed can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Education Ghanche on or before 24th September 2026 at Rs. 40000/-. Bids must be submitted by 9:30 AM on 25th September 2026 and will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders.
