Printing of Exam Materials and Miscellaneous Items for Deputy Director Education Skardu

The Office of the Deputy Director Education Skardu invites sealed tenders for the Financial Year 2026-27 for the printing of exam materials, question/answer scripts, award lists, and various miscellaneous items including packing and delivery charges. The procuring agency reserves the right to verify quoted rates through market surveys and reject bids that are financially non-responsive or unreasonably priced. Incomplete bids or those lacking specifications or manufacturer details will be rejected. A 2% call deposit from a scheduled bank or KCBL GB in favor of the Deputy Director Education Skardu is required as earnest money. Successful bidders must submit 10% performance security in the form of CDR or pay orders within 10 days of bid opening.
