Printing of Label Stickers for Punjab Energy Efficiency and Conservation Agency

The Punjab Energy Efficiency and Conservation Agency (PEECA), Government of the Punjab, invites E-Bids for printing of label stickers through prospective bidders registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments/Punjab Revenue Authorities (PRA) possessing a valid NTN. Items being procured: - Printing of label stickers Bidders are required to download the bidding documents from the official websites of PEECA (www.peeca.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) for detailed terms and conditions. The bid security is set at 2% of the total estimated cost and must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instrument will be accepted. The bidding process will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date).
