Procurement of Printing Material, Equipment, Papers, Board, Card, Coated Plates, and Inks for Printing & Stationery Department Muzaffarabad 2026-27

The Printing & Stationery Department, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, invites bids for the procurement of printing material and equipment, including papers, board, card, coated plates, and inks for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under AJK PPRA rules from registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or dealers who are duly registered and endorsed with the Tax Department and Registrar of Companies/Firms in AJK. Items being procured: - Printing Material - Equipment - Papers - Board - Card - Coated Plates - Inks All items are to be supplied on a FOR basis at the Printing & Stationery Department, Bank Road near Neelum Bridge, Muzaffarabad, AJK. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of detailed documents, including item details and specifications, by submitting a written application with a payment of Rs. 2000 from the office of the Admin Officer during office hours. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the single stage, one envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA rules. Bids must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 2 million as Bid Security, along with all other requirements as mentioned in the bidding document. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. Bids must be submitted in a single envelope containing both financial and technical proposals, delivered to the Office of Manager/Admin Officer by 11:00 am on 03-09-2026. Both technical and financial bids will be opened and evaluated at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017 and may increase, decrease, or eliminate any item(s) from the list as per rules. Payment will be made to the successful bidder after ensuring complete and safe supply of the work as per the issued Supply Order. All applicable taxes and charges will be deducted as per prevailing AJK Government laws.
