Printing, Packing and Delivery of Trainee Manuals

Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) Lahore invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement of Printing, Packing and Delivery of Trainee Manuals under Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab e-Procurement Regulations. Items being procured: - Printing, Packing & Delivery of Trainee Manuals (Quantity: 121,488) The scope includes supply of high-quality printed and packed trainee manuals as per specifications. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and submit encrypted electronic scanned PDF bids through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Technical and financial bids will be opened publicly on September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires registration with PPRA, FBR, and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Earnest Money Deposit (Bid Security) of Rs. 1,767,191 (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted digitally via PSID generated from the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids found corrupt or unreadable will be rejected. PVTC is not responsible for any cost incurred in bid preparation or submission. The last date for submission of bids is September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting at Punjab Vocational Training Council, 134-A Industrial Estate Green Town Lahore on September 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
