Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of printing services for Credit Manuals comprising Volume-I and Volume-II. The contract involves printing, binding, finishing, packing, transportation, and delivery of 900 complete sets of the Credit Manual to the Credit Policy Department at ZTBL Head Office, Faisal Avenue, Islamabad.\n\nItems being procured:\n- 900 complete sets of Credit Manuals, each set containing Volume-I (492 pages) and Volume-II (308 pages) printed double-sided in monochrome\n- Paper size A-4, 80 GSM high-quality white offset paper for inner pages\n- Covers printed on 250-300 GSM art card with lamination and four-color printing\n- Case/hardcover binding with stitched pages\n- Packing of each complete set individually using 90 GSM packing paper or equivalent approved by ZTBL\n\nThe scope includes all materials, printing, ink/toner, machinery, labor, binding, lamination, finishing, packing, loading, transportation, and delivery. A proof/sample copy of each volume must be submitted for approval before bulk printing. The bidder must ensure accurate pagination, sequence, and high-quality printing without defects. Defective copies must be replaced at the bidder's cost.\n\nEligibility requires at least 3 years of commercial printing experience, completion of 2 similar assignments in the last 5 years, average annual turnover of Rs. 10 million over the last 3 years, valid FBR registration, and no blacklisting. Bidders must inspect the existing/sample Credit Manual at ZTBL Procurement Department before bidding.\n\nBids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, August 28, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
