Printing and Supply of Security Stationery on CBS-I Security Paper

Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from tax/Sales Tax registered firms for Printing and Supply of Security Stationery on CBS-I security paper from well reputed security printing press in Pakistan having valid/proven 'No Objection Certificate for Import of security paper', issued by the security paper Mills or Ministry of Trade and Commerce Govt of Pakistan in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 on 'Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process'. Items being procured: - Cheque book with 10 leaves (10,000 qty) - Cheque book with 25 leaves (20,000 qty) - PLS term deposit receipt 100-leave (20 qty) The scope includes printing on specialized security paper with strict adherence to specifications mentioned in tender documents. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical and security requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN (Income Tax and GST), relevant tax certificates, and active taxpayer status with FBR/CBR. A bid security amounting to Rs. 100,000 must be submitted in the form of CDR/DD/PO or Banker Cheque in the name of Bank of AJK. The bid documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) via Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque favoring Bank of AJK. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9 September 2026 at 01:00 PM at the committee room of Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Head Office Muzaffarabad. Tender documents must be submitted to Manager Establishment Section Operations Division, Head Office, Gojra Bypass Road, Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Muzaffarabad AJK by 17-09-2026 till 12:00 PM. The Technical Bid will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Delayed or conditional bids will not be entertained.
