Tender Description
The Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), located in Haripur, invites sealed bids through EPADS only for the procurement of 100 All in One PCs for the School of Computing Sciences.
Items being procured:
- 100 All in One PCs
The bidder must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan, registered with FBR, and possess Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status with sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the contract within the prescribed time limit. Tender documents containing instructions, project scope, terms and conditions, bid submission procedure, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and other related information are available electronically and can be downloaded free of cost from the university website http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk/ and the EPADS-KPPRA website www.Kp.eprocure.gov.pk.
Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the bid value in the shape of CDR must be submitted to the Procurement Office, Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur before the online submission deadline. A tender fee of Rs 1000 is also required; otherwise, the bid will not be opened.
Bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before Tuesday 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.
This tender will be executed in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6(2)b under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure. The advertisement is also available on PAF-IAST and KPPRA websites http://www.paf-iast.edu.pk/ and http://www.kppra.org.pk.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the earnest money CDR to the specified office before the bid submission deadline to avoid disqualification.
