Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of 2 Welding Plants. This procurement is specific to Taxila and governed under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - 1 x Welding Plant, Make: Lincoln, COO: UK/EU or equivalent, Inverter plant input voltage 220AC, Output current 300A - 1 x Water Cooled Welding Plant, Make: Panasonic, COO: Japan or equivalent, Current Rating: 500A, Model: YD-500GL4, Complete with Cooling Unit, Wire Feeder, Welding Torch and all Accessories The technical scope includes supply of brand new welding plants conforming to the latest specifications and standards. Delivery period is 2 months after signing of contract with destination at Tank Manufacture Factory, HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with PEC categories as applicable. Firms must submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order as per instructions. The bid validity period is 180 days extendable by 90 days. Submission deadline is 17 Aug 2026 at 10:30 hours at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours.
