Procurement of 3 Types of Empty Cylinder

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable). Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - 3 Types of Empty Cylinder as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or relevant government/semi-government organizations, attested registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department, and copies of NTN certificates. Additionally, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred are required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be provided. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
