Procurement of 630 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of 630 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers under tender reference P93661. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The supplier must provide a warranty for 24 months from the date of completion of supply. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Bidders must be registered and meet eligibility criteria including financial capacity, manufacturing experience, and prior supply performance. The bid submission deadline is Friday, September 4, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity by up to 15% at the time of contract award.
