Procurement of 7 GST Towers by Headquarters Special Communications Organization Rawalpindi

The Headquarters Special Communications Organization located at Qasim Road, Rawalpindi, invites tenders from qualified vendors and contractors for the procurement of 7 GST Towers. This procurement is specific to Rawalpindi and aims to enhance the communication infrastructure of the 62 Composite Signal Battalion at Misrial Complex. Items being procured: - 7 GST Towers The tender documents will be available from 11 Sep 2026. Vendors are required to deposit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 in cash. Quotations must be submitted to the office on 25 Sep 2026 between 0900 hrs and 1100 hrs. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hrs in the presence of contractors and vendors. Selected contractors must deposit 2% CDR of the total amount, which can be claimed back from CMA FWO Rawalpindi. Blacklisted contractors will not be accepted. Taxes will be deducted as per rules. Contractors must be registered with FBR and cleared security-wise. Sales tax, registration, and professional tax certificates must accompany the application. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on observations. No tender will be sold on the date of opening.
