Renewal and Upgrade of PhishRod Solution by The Bank of Punjab

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the Renewal and Upgrade of the PhishRod Solution. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Renewal and Upgrade of PhishRod Solution Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19-Nov-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later at a date/time to be announced. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender notice is also available on the PPRA website and The Bank of Punjab website. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
