Procurement of Ablakani Material, Civil Works, and Maintenance Jobs for Barrage Division Sukkur

The Barrage Division Sukkur invites electronic bids through SPPRA E-PADS from interested contractors/firms on Rate Contract Basis for procurement of goods and services as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended up-to-date) and SPPRA Guidelines/Regulations for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Ablakani Material - Civil Works - Jobs for operation and maintenance of Main Barrage - General Head Regulators and surrounding jurisdiction of Barrage Division Sukkur The bidders must fulfill criteria including registration with FBR and SRB with Active Taxpayer Status (ATL), average annual turnover of at least Rs. 10.00 Million during last 2 years, submission of income tax returns and bank statements for last 2 years, average annual closing bank balance of Rs. 5.00 Million, proof of carried out work under 15-B(iii) Frame Contract, list of machinery/equipment, affidavits on non-blacklisting, and original documents as per SPPRA rules. The procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Technical proposals and financial proposals must be submitted electronically before the prescribed date and time. The bid security of Rs. 15,000/- must be submitted in the form of Pay Order in favor of Executive Engineer Barrage Division Sukkur. The tender closing date is **28-08-2026 12:00 P.M.** Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 P.M. through E-PADS in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
