Procurement of Air-Conditioners with Ancillary Services for NBP RHQ Building 6th Floor Lahore RO Lahore Central

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of air-conditioners with ancillary services for the NBP RHQ Building 6th Floor Lahore RO Lahore Central. Items being procured: - Supply & installation of three phase 415~380 V, 50C/S Floor Standing AC Unit T-3 DC Inverter AC Unit (Heat & Cool) capacity 48000 BTU / HR (4.0 Ton), including evaporating & condensing units with rotary compressor, copper pipe hole sealing, floor mounted frame or L-type for indoor units, powder coated steel angle iron frame, handling charges, evacuation, nitrogen pressure testing, gas charging, control wiring, Rawal bolts/Sleeve Anchors, drain piping, testing and commissioning (Quantity: 2 units) - Copper piping 22 Gauge (Muller Brand or Equivalent) with separate elastomeric pipe insulation and 4-Core 4.0 mmsq control wire, including fittings and accessories (Quantity: 185 ft) - L-type wall mounted or floor mounted frame for outdoor unit, powder coated steel angle iron frame fixed with sleeve anchors/Rawal bolts (Quantity: 2 pairs) - Drain piping of UPVC Class-B/Sch-40 1" dia with fittings, elbows, joints, tee unions, saddles, cutting and patch works (Quantity: 140 ft) - Power wire 4-Core x 6 sqmm from main DB to AC units with 3-phase MCCB-40 Amp and 32 Amp MCBs, including fittings and accessories (Quantity: 325 ft) The technical scope includes supply and installation of high-quality inverter type floor standing air conditioners with specified cooling and heating capacities, copper piping with insulation, sturdy mounting frames, underground drain piping, and electrical wiring with protective devices. The installation will be at the NBP RHQ Building, 26 Mclagon Road, Lahore. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three similar contracts with wall mounted or floor standing air conditioners worth not less than Rs. 1.5 million in the last three years, maintain an office setup in Karachi or Lahore for after sales service, and provide valid manufacturer authorization.
