Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring All in One Desktop Computers for its Headquarters and various locations. This procurement is specifically for 200 units of Desktop Computer Core i5 (14th Generation or Higher) and 146 units of Desktop Computer Core i5 (13th Generation or Higher). The tender reference number is HQPAA/1984/385/XXLA and the procurement is governed under PPRA Rule 36(b) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

- Desktop Computer Core i5 (14th Generation or Higher) (Qty: 200)
- Desktop Computer Core i5 (13th Generation or Higher) (Qty: 146)
The technical scope includes supply and delivery of the specified desktop computers conforming to the detailed technical specifications provided in Annexures A-3, A-4, and A-5 of the bidding documents. The delivery period is 90 days from the signing of the contract. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal and physically in sealed envelopes to the Additional Director, Logistics (APS), Logistics Center (South), HQs Pakistan Airports Authority, JIAP Karachi. Original bid security must accompany the technical proposal, and a copy must be uploaded with the financial proposal.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with valid NTN and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR with 100% compliance. OEM/Manufacturer authorization is mandatory. Joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must provide technical literature and comply fully with the bidding documents. Bid validity is 120 days from bid opening.
The bid security amounts are Rs. 1,663,665/- for the 14th generation desktops and Rs. 1,214,475/- for the 13th generation desktops. Performance bond of 10% of the contract value is required upon award. The procurement is based in Karachi, Sindh province.
