Procurement of Analytical Processing System, Digital Control System along with Printing Facility

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of an Analytical Processing System, Digital Control System along with Printing Facility. This procurement is based in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, and is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Items being procured: - Analytical Processing System (1 No) - Digital Control System (16 Nos) - NW Control Printing System (5 Nos) - Digital Printer Scanner (1 No) - Machine Shredder (3 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of brand new equipment conforming to the latest specifications, with export-grade packing, shock/tilt protection, disassembly and marking, site readiness, time-bound installation, commissioning, training, and life cycle support including spare parts. Warranty is provided for 1 year after issuance of the Completion Receipt Voucher (CRV). Eligibility criteria require firms to possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration, and meet the conditions outlined in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links with OEMs if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. Key dates include bid submission by 08 October 2026 at 10:30 hours at the Tender Box Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: Technical Proposal (with muted bid security) and Financial Proposal (with actual bid security). Postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid.
