Procurement of Audio-Visual Equipment, Conferencing Systems, and SMD Displays

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) under the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) invites quotations for the procurement of Audio-Visual Equipment, Conferencing Systems, and SMD Displays. This procurement is financed by the World Bank and follows the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method as per the World Bank Procurement Regulations, Fifth Edition, September 2023. Eligible suppliers are invited to submit priced quotations for the complete lots as specified; partial or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Audio-Visual Equipment - Lot-II: SMD Display The procurement covers the supply of high-quality audio-visual and conferencing systems along with SMD display units. Suppliers must provide adequate technical documentation, catalogues, and relevant printed materials for each quoted item. Additionally, firms must demonstrate after-sales service capabilities within Pakistan to establish eligibility and qualification.
