Procurement of Tablets by The Bank of Punjab

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids for the procurement of tablets through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process. Bidders must be well reputed organizations or companies capable of supplying the required tablets. Items being procured: - Tablets Bid documents are immediately available at the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website and may be obtained or downloaded free of cost. Bids must be uploaded and submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17-Nov-2026 (11:00 am). Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted digitally through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options via PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are required with the bids. This tender notice is also uploaded on PPRA and BOP websites. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
