Procurement of Barrel Honing Machine

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Barrel Honing Machine (quantity as per Annexure 'A') The delivery period is six months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi-Govt organizations if any, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM for distributors or agents, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bids should be submitted as per instructions in the tender documents.
