Refurbishment and Upgradation of Quality Control Equipment

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Refurbishment and Upgradation of Quality Control Equipment as per Annexure 'A' with delivery within 2 months after signing of contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade links between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent) and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred are mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 10:30 hours, with the tender opening at the same date and time. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website.
