Procurement of Body Worn Cameras with Complete Setup for Punjab Food Authority District Offices

Punjab Food Authority invites e-Bids on a 'Lot-wise' rate basis from prospective eligible Bidders through a single stage two envelope bidding process as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The procurement is for Body Worn Cameras with complete setup for all district offices of Punjab Food Authority. Items being procured: - Body Worn Cameras with complete setup for all district offices of Punjab Food Authority Bidding Documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), Procuring Agency's website (www.pfa.gop.pk) or Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids shall be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before the closing date and time. Bidders must submit Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the Estimated Cost through digital payment via mobile banking application or corporate payment portal. The Bid Security shall be deposited using the prescribed Prefix and PSID combination (c27901430 + PSID) and must be paid/submitted on or before the stipulated date and time. Bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technical proposals/bids will be evaluated first, followed by financial proposals as per applicable rules. Technical proposals/bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the last date of submission. Eligibility includes compliance with bidding documents, submission of earnest money, and registration with FBR/ATL as applicable.
