Tender Description
The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and registered bidders for the procurement of Breather for Power Transformer Tank and Breather for Tap Changer under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned by the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU SEPCO Sukkur and the delivery location is SEPCO Warehouse near 132kV Grid Station Arain Road Sukkur, Sindh. Items being procured:
- Breather for Power Transformer Tank VEP29 (PMMA) Make ESSICCATORE DARIA or Equivalent, Quantity: 26 Nos.
- Breather for Power Transformer Tank VEP49 (PMMA) Make ESSICCATORE DARIA or Equivalent, Quantity: 42 Nos.
- Breather for Power Transformer Tap Changer VEP01 (PMMA) Make ESSICCATORE DARIA or Equivalent, Quantity: 56 Nos.
The technical scope includes supply of specified breather types conforming to NTDC specifications and IEC standards. Delivery is required within 180 days or earlier from the date of issuance of Purchase Order. Bidders must be registered manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or authorized dealers with at least 5 years manufacturing experience and proven operational experience. Bid security of 2% of total bid amount excluding GST is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal and accompanied by original bid security submitted physically before the deadline at the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU SEPCO Sukkur. Manual bids will not be entertained.
The bidding process follows Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 on September 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
