Procurement of Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) for Punjab Information Technology Board

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of services for Contact Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) under the project titled 'CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) PITB' under Framework Contract (EGOV-10) in Lahore. Items being procured: - Call Center Agents (Basic Proficiency) (Quantity: 400) The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website. Bidders must ensure timely submission of bids by 31 August 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day.
