Procurement of Cash Recycler Machines

The Bank of Punjab in Lahore invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the procurement of Cash Recycler Machines. This procurement is conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process. Items being procured: - Cash Recycler Machines Bidders are required to obtain bid documents immediately from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website free of cost. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22-September-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend the bid opening process. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID number on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and The Bank of Punjab website (www.bop.com.pk). The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
