Procurement of M&E IT Equipment for Establishment of Aquaculture Malls in Punjab

The Aquaculture & Fisheries Department Punjab, through its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Establishment of Aquaculture Malls in Punjab, Lahore, invites bids from well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered bidders for the procurement of M&E IT Equipment. This procurement is under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - M&E IT Equipment with 1 Year warranty The procurement is part of the development project titled 'Establishment of Aquaculture Malls in Punjab'. Bidders can download the bidding documents containing evaluation criteria, terms, and conditions from the Punjab e-Procurement system at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk, PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and the Aquaculture & Fisheries Department website www.punjabfisheries.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online on or before September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM, and the technical bids will be opened online the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price (PKR 476,340) must be submitted through the digital banking facility available in the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS) by generating the PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels. The bid security must be in favor of the Project Director, Aquaculture Malls Punjab, PIU, Lahore. The bid security must be attached with the technical bid. The bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders upon completion of the procurement process. The bidding procedure follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Bid validity is 120 days. Late bids will not be accepted.
