Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt) Ltd (Procurement) invites sealed bids for the supply and services involving fabrication, assembly, and fixation of acrylic plate documents/certificates in acrylic sheets as per the complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Terms of Reference (TORS). This procurement is specific to Karachi and requires bidders to provide 50,000 acrylic plates (front/back in sets) and related fixing services. Items being procured:
- Supply of 50,000 acrylic plates (front/back in sets)
- Services for fixing 50,000 certificates in acrylic sheets (complete work as per BOQ)
The scope includes fabrication, assembly, and fixation of acrylic plates strictly conforming to the approved physical specimen/sample provided by PSPC. The contractor must maintain serial sequence integrity, ensure quality workmanship, and provide batch-wise reconciliation statements. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary tools, machinery, manpower, and protective materials. PSPC will provide the designated production area and basic utilities. The contract period is one year, extendable for two more years subject to satisfactory performance.
Eligibility criteria include a minimum production capacity of 1,000 plates per day with the ability to scale up to 5,000 plates per day, three years of relevant experience, and valid registrations including FBR and SRB. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 and provide bid security as specified. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
The bid submission deadline is Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. One practical tip: ensure your bid includes all required documents and complies fully with the BOQ and TORS to avoid disqualification.
