Procurement of Colorimetric and Gravimetric Cartridges for Various Aviation Stations

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of colorimetric and gravimetric cartridges specifically for its aviation stations located in Karachi. This procurement is critical for maintaining the quality and safety standards of aviation fuel testing at the Karachi Aviation Station. Items being procured: - Single membrane monitor colour (Colorimetric) in accordance to ASTM D2276/IP 216 Standard Test Method, Diameter: 37mm, Micrometer: 0.8ìm, Quantity: 1,392 units - Matched Weight Monitors (Gravimetric) in accordance to ASTM D2276/IP 216 Standard Test Method, Diameter: 37mm, Micrometer: 0.8ìm, Quantity: 336 units The consignment must be from fresh stock and delivery is to be made at the Karachi Aviation Station. Acceptance of goods will be subject to inspection and approval by the Airport Manager (South) or his authorized representative. All duties and taxes are included in the quoted price. Vendors are advised that failure to deliver within the stipulated time frame will result in a penalty deduction of 0.1% per day from the service order value, up to a maximum of 10%. Delivery must be completed within 90 days after issuance of the Purchase Order. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with the technical specifications and delivery schedule.
