Supply of BAHL W/M Sensitized Cheque Paper with BIV+Fiber Reel

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Limited (PSPC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of BAHL Watermark (W/M) Sensitized Cheque Paper with Blue Invisible and Yellow Invisible Fibers (BIV+Fiber Reel) under tender REQ#0826-3-00109. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Pre-Sensitized CBS-1 / 90 GSM BAHL Watermark Reel Paper, total 240 reels - Each reel must weigh not less than 309 kg - Reel width 18 inches, length 7500 meters, inner core diameter 70 mm - Invisible fibers glowing blue and yellow under UV light - Delivery schedule: 40 reels in March 2027, 40 reels in June 2027, 80 reels in September 2027, 80 reels in December 2027 The technical scope includes supply of high-quality sensitized cheque paper suitable for secure cheque printing applications, conforming to detailed technical specifications including physical, chemical, and security features. The supplier must provide laboratory tested and approved material with uniform watermark quality and packaging suitable for sea transport. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized agents with valid ISO certifications and proven experience in manufacturing security or sensitized paper. Bidders must submit all mandatory documents including company registration, ISO certificates, technical data sheets, and authorization letters if acting as agents.
