Procurement of Computer Hardware, Prefabricated Fiber Cabin, and Building Repair/Renovation for Police Department Rawalpindi

The Police Department Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for a frame work contract for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This procurement covers multiple items on FOB basis from experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Items being procured: - Computer Hardware (Tender No AO9201) - Prefabricated Fiber Cabin and other physical items (Tender Nos AO9899/AO9802) - Repair/Renovation of all kinds of Government offices, Residential buildings, Police Lines, Police Stations, etc. (Tender No A13303) The scope includes supply and installation of computer hardware, purchase and delivery of prefabricated fiber cabins, and extensive repair and renovation works for government and police buildings in Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have a valid PEC category for relevant works. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required as bid security, to be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system (eP) via PSID from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope). Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately via the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). Technical and financial bids will be opened on 02-11-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. All rates must include applicable taxes valid until 30-06-2027. Bidders must provide NTN, Sales Tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax on services/purchases, Police Character Certificate, and a performance certificate on stamp paper of Rs.3000/- confirming no disqualification or litigation.
