Procurement of Computer Hardware and Software for Universal Service Fund Office Islamabad

The Universal Service Fund (USF) Procurement Wing invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of computer hardware and software for its office located in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under Tender ID USF/TDRS/IT/2026-27 with contract reference P130450. Warranty periods vary: 1 year standard on-site warranty for most items and 3 years for the GPU server. Hardware maintenance service throughout the warranty period must be provided free of cost. OEMs must have local registered offices and warehouses in Pakistan, preferably in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Bidders must provide evidence of past experience, valid FBR registration, and active taxpayer status. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
