Procurement of Computer, Medical, Furniture, Printing, Vaccines, Laboratory, Outsourcing, Repair and Emergency Items for DHQ Hospital Batkhela

The District Headquarter Hospital (Cat-A), Batkhela, under the Health Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for the fiscal year 2026-27. Additionally, vehicle and generator repair services are included. The procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be well reputed local or national firms, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or authorized sole agents. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the FBR-ATL is mandatory. Bidders should carefully review the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) available on the EPADS portal and comply fully with all requirements. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required as per the specified amounts for each category. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal before 10:30 AM on 25-08-2026. The bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Batkhela.
