Tender Description
Karachi Metropolitan University invites bids for the procurement of computers as part of its Annual Procurement Plan for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is scheduled for Quarter 1 (July-September) and aims to enhance the university's IT infrastructure to support academic and administrative functions effectively.
Items being procured:
- Computers
The scope includes supply of high-quality computers suitable for educational and office use, meeting the technical specifications set by the university. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical requirements and provide warranty and after-sales support.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying IT equipment to educational institutions or government entities is preferred. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per tender documents is mandatory.
