Tender Description
The Pakistan Land Port Authority PLPA (Pakistan Land Port Authority (PLPA)) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring a range of IT and office equipment for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes laptops with Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 processors, all-in-one desktop computers with 13th generation Intel Core i7 processors, color and laser printers, fax machines, multifunction photocopiers, and LED televisions of 43 and 55 inches. The items are to be delivered to the 8th Floor Kohsar Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
The technical specifications require Windows 11 Pro operating systems, high RAM and SSD storage capacities, and connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB ports. Printers and photocopiers must support duplex printing, high print speeds, and secure printing features. LED televisions must be UHD 4K with smart features and come with a minimum one-year local warranty.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities, and no joint ventures are allowed. Bidders should have experience supplying similar IT and office equipment and must submit earnest money in the form of a Pay Order or Banker's Cheque as bid security.
