Procurement of Containers, Fixtures, Furniture and 5Kva Solar System for Feeder Bus Terminals EV Routes

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad is inviting sealed bids from experienced and well-reputed suppliers for the procurement of containers, fixtures, furniture, and a 5Kva solar system specifically designed for feeder bus terminals operating on electric vehicle (EV) routes. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and operational efficiency of the feeder bus terminals in Islamabad. The technical scope includes supply and installation of containers, various fixtures, office and terminal furniture, and a solar power system with a capacity of 5Kva to support sustainable energy use at the terminals. The project is managed by the Directorate of Metrobus Operations under CDA, located at Room No 06, 1st Floor, Block-III (IT Wing), G-7/4 Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar supply contracts and a valid PEC category related to electrical works, solar equipment, and furniture supply will be advantageous. Bidders are required to submit a Technical Bid accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or CDR amounting to Rs. 307,520 in favor of DDO (IMBS), CDA. The original CDR must be submitted physically by the bid submission deadline, along with an uploaded scanned copy on the e-procurement system. The submission deadline is strictly set for 21st July 2026 at 03:00 pm. Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA E-PADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk. The bid opening will take place publicly on the same day at 03:30 pm in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidders’ representatives at the CDA office.
