Procurement of CSSD/Laundry Items for FY 2026-27 at Cantt General Hospital Rawalpindi

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of CSSD and laundry items for the Financial Year 2026-27 for Cantt General Hospital, Rawalpindi Cantt. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured include: - Sterilization Roll Flat 70 Gm Paper (various pack sizes) - Sterilization Roll Gausted 70 Gm Paper - Internal Indicator Class 6 (Steam Chart) 121/134 - Bowie-Dick Test Sheet - Rubber Sheet (makentash) - Supa Warp (Grade Paper) Packing Material 100x100 and 120x120 sheets - Auto washer Chemical 1x Detergent and Alkaline - Thermal Printer Paper for Autoclave, Auto washer and plasma - Disposable Gown - OT Surgical Towel 45x45 - OT Surgical Gown - Auto Clave Tape - IP spray for instrument - Surgical drum Large Size - Colour Clothes Bleach (Hydrogen Peroxide) - Black Soap for Clothes Liquid - Amrol - Softener - Surf - Clothes Liquid Fragrance - Soda Ash Powder bag - White Bleach Power The technical scope requires compliance with DRAP registration, GMP standards, minimum 12 months shelf life, and quality assurance. Delivery is to Cantt General Hospital Rawalpindi Cantt within 27 days. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids electronically. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit. Technical bids will be opened first, followed by financial bids of technically responsive bidders. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all eligibility and technical criteria. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids on EPADS before the deadline of September 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically before bid opening.
