Procurement of Day-to-Day Office Supplies (Stationery, Computer Stationery, Other Store Items)

The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) based in Lahore invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the procurement of day-to-day office supplies. This procurement is managed under the World Bank financing framework and follows the World Bank Procurement Regulations. The items being procured include: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Cost of Other Store items This procurement covers routine office consumables essential for the smooth functioning of the Punjab Family Planning Program's offices. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and quality standards as outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement process will be conducted through an Open-National, Post-qualification, Single Stage One Envelope competitive bidding system using Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Non-Bank Special Drawing Rights (SPD). Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CDR from any scheduled bank is mandatory. Bids/Quotations must be delivered to the PMU Office on or before Tuesday, 08th September 2026 till 1600 hours. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late submissions will be rejected. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1630 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
